PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether
you are trying to stay motivated in your routine, increase your
performance edge, learn new methods to achieve your goals, or structure
a new regiment – our Personal Training team is here for you – to coach,
to shape, to renew. Our goal is to teach you safe and effective ways
to reach your goals while reducing the risk of injury. Our Personal
Trainers have a nationally recognized certification to ensure you get
the results you are looking for in a safe, controlled environment. PROGRAMS
Smart Start: 2
sessions with trainer. First session evaluates fitness levels,
nutrition & stats. Second session, trainer educates client on
weight training circuit & cardiovascular equipment. Six Weeks to Success: Your choice of 1 or 2 times per week with a trainer for six weeks. You will be exposed to the tools necessary to achieve your fitness goals by learning proper technique and experiencing creative ways to workout. With nutritional guidance and a 30 day supply of a nutritional supplement this program will take you to the next level.
Total Body Transformation: This program will completely transform you! A comprehensive 12 wk. package that includes our “Take It Off” weight loss program complete with food log and recipes. You will meet with your trainer 3x per week to ensure success. Once your transformation is complete top it off with a full day of beauty at Serenity Spa!
Global X-Press: Limited on time, but want the most out of your workout so you don’t waste the time you do have? Then this is the program for you! Choose between two 30 minute or 45 minute sessions with a trainer to show you how to maximize the benefits of shorter workouts. Over the course of six weeks watch how your body responds to different ways to spice up your regime!
Specialty Training: Train one-on-one for a specific sport or activity to improve your technique or performance or just acquire a physique that comes from training a specific way. Choose from any of the activities listed or choose one of your own! Golf, Kick Box Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Running, Body Building, Ski Conditioning, Tennis, Athletic Conditioning. You choose one or two times a week for six weeks with a trainer.

Junior Superstar: For the young fitness enthusiasts of the family. Whether you play sports or just want to start a fitness program and are between the ages of 11-17 this is the place to begin. Meet with your trainer two times per week for four weeks and learn how to execute a safe, fun and effective workout.
Taste of Training: This sampler is a great way to get a taste of what personal training is all about. Four half hour sessions spaced over a period of time to allow you to digest and utilize what you have learned.
G-Fit Programs: G-Fit is an affordable way to work with one of our professional trainers in a small group environment. If you want big results, try a G-Fit Program. They’re challenging, motivating and fun! We have great programs to fit your needs and schedule. Groups are limited to six people so there's plenty of individual attention to go around.
