HOLLIES G-FIT - BOOST IT UP

4 classes $99/ 6 classes $149/ Drop In $29 per class.  This is a great way to work around your hectic summer schedule but still find a time that will get you in here to keep you going and motivated!   Hollie has a variety of dates set aside in June and July for you to pick and choose from to give your workouts that extra boost to keep your body confused and to keep your metabolism revved up to burn more fat. Please respond with your name in the slot that you would like to reserve. Some spots have been reserved...please confirm regardless. Thank you!

Get in early, get your workout done, and enjoy the weekend!

Boot Camp

Global’s G-Fit Boot Camp is a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. Members love the workout! They focus on full body fitness by incorporating cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss and weight loss, full body strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and most importantly they get results

 

Guts ‘n Butts
Are you looking to tone up those "trouble spots”? G-Fit sessions for Guts ‘n Butts typically run for 8 week sessions specifically targeting the abs and glutes. These workouts are fun, challenging, and will bring you results!

Total Body Circuit
is a G-Fit program guaranteed to raise your heart rate! Just as the names states, you will get a total body workout combining strength, function and cardio in a fast based, calorie burning hour!

Beach Body Workout
G-Fit Beach Body Workout is a great way to get ready for summer! Focusing on getting your body "beach ready”, incorporating strength, core and interval training. Bring your friends and get in shape for summer!

Golf Conditioning will help you improve your game! Focusing on core, flexibility and strength; targeting specific areas of your body to improve your swing and help you hit the ball further and with better accuracy. What more can you ask from a program?!

Triathlon Training So you’re thinking of doing a triathlon. G-Fit Triathlon Training begins in the fall, just after the season ends. Global’s G-Fit trainers work with first time, beginner and intermediate athletes to achieve their goal & to enjoy the journey. We feel that if you have fun training & racing, you will continue to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

Ski Conditioning program is a great way to get ready for the upcoming ski season Whether you’re a skier or snowboarder, novice or expert. Working on your on strength, balance, core and flexibility; you’ll feel stronger and in better control on the slopes. That means more fun and more skiing!
